If the Program-at-a-Glance is too much to handle, try our Walk-Through-the-Week listing sessions in clinical topics (MSK, Neuro, etc.) for easy navigation through the meeting.

Download the ISMRM app

ISMRM’s Annual Meeting App is the easiest way to follow your agenda through the week. Select the sessions or talks you would like to see for the whole event. Review abstracts, find your way around the exhibition hall, get timely notifications about the meeting—all in the palm your hand. Get the app from the App Store or Google Play.

We love social media!  Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Slack, and LinkedIn for all of the latest annual meeting updates.  Also, opt-in to receive our email communications. Learn about other ISMRM events throughout the year on Don’t forget that our members get discounted rates to all of our events.

Make Note of Deadlines

Right before the meeting, we will be sending emails requesting responses to special networking events. Be sure to respond to guarantee a space for yourself. We may run out of room on site.

During The Meeting

Pick Up Your Badge

Picking up or completing registration for the Annual Meeting can be done at the Registration Desk in the ICC Sydney. On-site registration will be open starting Friday, 17 April 2020, at 14:00. Please check the Program-at-a-Glance for specific open hours; registration is open from 07:00-18:00 most days.

Have a Question?

Ask one of our many volunteers wearing the “Ask Me” T-shirts. They have a wealth of knowledge about the annual meeting, directions, and schedules, or visit the registration area where an ISMRM staff member would be happy to answer your questions.

Exhibition Hall

Once you’ve made your schedule for your sessions, don’t forget to visit the amazing exhibit hall featuring globally recognized MR innovators such as GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Philips Healthcare, and more. Network and talk to the latest MR equipment manufacturers and innovators. See the latest equipment in the market and find out what’s in store for the future!

While you’re in the exhibit hall, stop by our ISMRM & SMRT booth. Meet some central office staff and hear more about membership opportunities and upcoming events. Ask about our next annual meeting in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Networking Events to add to your calendar:

Newbie Reception (RSVP required)

This is the event for first-time attendees: A special opportunity for first-time attendees to meet other “#1’s” as well as many experts in the field. Mix and mingle with your colleagues and future collaborators! You must have a “#1” ribbon to gain access. If you do not have the ribbon, check with the registration desk before 16:30 on Saturday, 18 April.

Opening Reception

The Opening Reception is your first opportunity to see the exhibition floor, digital posters, and thousands of your colleagues in one area. Come socialize, have a snack, and get a sneak peek at the Resonarium, where our “secret sessions” are held throughout the week. Reception starts at 18:30, Sunday, 19 April 2020, in the Exhibition Hall.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Forum & Reception (RSVP required)

Inclusion and diversity are priorities in the ISMRM community. This year, we have a forum about equity, diversity, and inclusion followed by a reception. Meet with your colleagues to discuss the changes you can make in your labs and community. Forum starts at 19:00 on Wednesday, 22 April, in room [T.B.A.]; reception follows.

Closing Party

Join us for the closing party on Thursday, 23 April. Location is in Room [T.B.A.]. There is no better way to say “thank you” for attending by throwing an awesome party for the attendees and exhibitors. You don’t want to miss out on this exclusive fun and social event. We couldn’t do it without you!

Get Your Certificate of Participation or Credit Online

Looking for a certificate of attendance or continuing medical education certificate? Sign into, complete the evaluations, and print a certificate directly from the site.
