For trainee memberships and registrations, we require a letter of verification from the applicant’s supervisor with the following requirements met:
- A brief statement on institution letterhead that describes the applicant’s:
- Training program
- Type of degree
- Field of study
- Expected date of completion/graduation
- Signed by the department head or adviser
Trainee membership requires that this letter be updated and resubmitted annually at renewal time.
Non-member event registrants must provide their letter of verification at the time of registration in order to receive the non-member registration rate.
